Sikgen AI turns an institution's own course material into a tutor that answers with citations, practice and assessments generated from that material, and analytics that show what learners actually retained. It is cloud-based with nothing to install, and it runs under your brand and domain. It serves schools, tuition centres, colleges, training providers and EdTech companies — and it is a poor fit for anyone who does not produce their own teaching material.

What's different about buying from outside India
Two of these five are limitations. They are here because the fastest way to waste an evaluation is to find a blocker in week six.
Language
Delivery is in English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu — and nothing else. No Arabic, no French, no Bahasa, no isiZulu. For English-medium institutions that is rarely a constraint; for anyone teaching in another language it rules us out, and it is better established now than at contract stage.
Support hours
Our team works Indian hours. That overlaps well with the Gulf, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia, partially with the UK, and poorly with North America. Each country page states the actual overlap rather than quoting an SLA document.
Currency and invoicing
International institutions are invoiced in USD. Card payments run through Stripe and PayPal. Local rails — M-Pesa, Paystack, Flutterwave, instant EFT — are not supported, which matters in several African markets.
Where data is held
We do not operate regional hosting today. Hosting arrangements and the sub-processor list are provided in writing with the DPA before signature, so your privacy team can assess them properly rather than take a page like this one on trust.
Your brand, your domain
The platform is white-labelled: learners see your institution, not ours. Pricing is a flat platform fee per tier with no per-learner royalty, so growth stays yours.

Questions we get from outside India
Do you have a local office in my country?
No. Sikgen AI is a cloud platform operated from Chennai, India, with remote onboarding and support. There is nothing to install anywhere. We would rather say this plainly than imply a local presence we do not have.
Which languages does the platform deliver in?
English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu. That is the complete list. Arabic, French, Bahasa and African languages are not supported, so institutions teaching in those languages are not a fit.
What currency will we be billed in?
USD for international institutions. We can quote in your local currency for comparison, but the commitment is dollar-denominated — worth sizing against exchange-rate movement if your fee income is in a volatile currency.
Where is our data stored?
We do not operate regional hosting today. Actual arrangements and the current sub-processor list are set out in the DPA before signature. If in-country or in-region residency is a firm requirement, raise it in the first conversation rather than the last.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. If an independent audit report is a hard gate in your procurement, we do not currently clear it. The security page sets out what we do and do not claim.
Can students use it where connectivity is unreliable?
Yes. Course content can be downloaded for offline study and progress syncs when the connection returns.
