- India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
- EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Other applicable data-protection frameworks
The DPA sets out:
- Processing purposes and lawful basis
- Sub-processor list and obligations
- Data subject rights procedures
- Security measures and incident notification timelines
- Cross-border transfer safeguards
- Retention and deletion schedules
