By accessing or using Sikgen AI ("https://sikgen.ai"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Sikgen AI on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution.

1. Service

Sikgen Technologies ("Sikgen AI") provides an AI-powered learning management platform available to institutions under a subscription agreement. The platform is described at https://sikgen.ai/product.

2. Institution obligations

• Ensure that all content uploaded to the platform does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Obtain appropriate consent from students before enrolling them on the platform, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to distribute illegal content, conduct academic fraud, circumvent proctoring controls, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or underlying infrastructure.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content you grant Sikgen AI a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering AI features to your users.

5. Limitation of liability

Sikgen AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
