United Arab Emirates
AI LMS for education and training organisations in the UAE
The UAE runs one of the most curriculum-diverse school systems anywhere: Indian (CBSE and ICSE), British, American and IB curricula operate side by side, largely in the private sector and largely serving expatriate families. That creates a specific software problem — a group operating three curricula needs one platform that does not assume a single assessment model. Alongside the schools sits a dense private-training market in Dubai and Abu Dhabi covering professional certification, corporate upskilling and university-entrance preparation.
Who this is for in the UAE
Indian-curriculum schools
CBSE and ICSE schools serving expatriate families, where parents benchmark against results back in India and expect practice material to match the board pattern exactly.
British and IB schools
Different assessment logic entirely — coursework, internal assessment and predicted grades rather than a single terminal exam. The platform has to hold both without forcing one into the other.
Private training institutes
Professional certification, IELTS and university-entrance preparation, competing on outcomes and needing per-student analytics to prove them.
Corporate L&D teams
In-house training functions that need branded delivery, completion reporting and evidence that people retained the material.

Sikgen AI is a cloud platform — these are the markets we have written about, not the limit of where it can run. There is nothing to install anywhere.
Regulation and data protection in the UAE
These obligations generally sit with your institution rather than with us as a software supplier. They are listed because they shape what a platform has to do — not as a claim that buying software discharges them.
KHDA (Dubai)
The Knowledge and Human Development Authority regulates private schools and training institutes in Dubai, including permitting and inspection. Requirements attach to your institution rather than to us as a software supplier, but the platform must not get in the way of the record-keeping an inspection expects.
ADEK (Abu Dhabi)
The Department of Education and Knowledge performs the equivalent function in Abu Dhabi, with its own rules. A group operating in both emirates is dealing with two regulators, not one.
UAE PDPL
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data sets the federal baseline for processing personal data, including consent and data-subject rights. Our DPA is the contractual instrument that supports your obligations under it.
CBSE affiliation
Indian-curriculum schools operating abroad remain subject to their board’s affiliation requirements, which shape assessment records and reporting.
Where your data is held
We do not operate a UAE-hosted region today. Hosting arrangements and the current sub-processor list are set out in writing in the DPA before signature, so your compliance team can assess them against PDPL rather than take a marketing claim on trust. If in-country residency is a hard requirement for your institution, tell us early — it is better established at the start of an evaluation than at the end.

Support hours and billing
Time-zone overlap
Gulf Standard Time is 1 hour 30 minutes behind India, so our working day overlaps almost entirely with yours. In practice a question raised in the UAE morning is answered the same morning.
Billing & payment
International institutions can be invoiced in USD. Card payments run through Stripe and PayPal; institutional customers are more commonly invoiced directly against a purchase order. UAE VAT treatment depends on your entity — your finance team should confirm it rather than rely on us.

Questions we get from United Arab Emirates
Do you have an office in the UAE?
No. Sikgen AI is a cloud platform delivered from India, with remote onboarding and support. There is nothing to install locally. We would rather say this plainly than imply a local presence we do not have.
Can the platform handle more than one curriculum at once?
Yes, and this is the common UAE requirement. Content, assessments and analytics are organised per course, so a group running CBSE, British and IB streams keeps them separate without needing three platforms.
Is our student data stored in the UAE?
Not today — we do not operate a UAE-hosted region. Actual hosting arrangements are set out in the DPA before signature. If in-country residency is a firm requirement, raise it at the start of an evaluation rather than the end.
Do you support Arabic?
No. The platform delivers in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Arabic-medium instruction is not supported, which rules us out for some UAE institutions — we would rather you know now.
