We started SikGen because institutions deserved better than generic LMSs
Founded in 2023 in Chennai, Sikgen Technologies builds AI-native learning infrastructure for the organisations — coaching centres, colleges, training providers — that create and deliver structured education.
The problem we set out to solve
India's coaching institute market runs on WhatsApp PDFs, YouTube links, and Google Forms. Institutions that have invested years building quality content and expert faculty can't translate that investment into a digital product that actually scales — because building one takes 12–18 months and a million rupees in engineering costs.
At the same time, mainstream LMSs (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.) were designed for Western corporate training markets. They have no native support for India's multilingual competitive exams, no AI tutor grounded in course-specific material, and no analytics depth for the coaching-centre use case.
SikGen was built to fill that gap: a platform that turns existing institution content into an AI-powered learning experience — without requiring the institution to become a technology company.

Measurable outcomes
Engagement metrics matter only if they correlate with learning. We obsess over retention quantification (Whisper AI recall scoring), not just time-on-platform.
India-scale pragmatism
Multilingual exam UI, competitive-exam familiarity, Telegram/WhatsApp nudges — we build for the real constraints of Indian institutions, not aspirational personas.
