OET Preparation Platform
Occupational English Test for Healthcare Professionals
OET is an English test built for healthcare professionals, with Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking sub-tests set in clinical contexts. Nurses and doctors from Kerala, the Gulf, the Philippines and Africa take it for registration in the UK and other English-speaking countries, and OET institutes compete on profession-specific writing and speaking practice.
Sikgen AI is an AI-powered LMS for OET preparation: OET-pattern proctored mock tests in English, question banks auto-generated from your own material, a citation-backed AI tutor, and per-student weak-area analytics for coaching institutes.
OET prep challenges
- Writing and Speaking are profession-specific, so generic English practice misses the target
- Candidates are often working nurses on shifts, with irregular study time
- Many candidates live far from the institute, in the Gulf or in smaller towns
- Repeat attempts are common when one sub-test falls short
